Prices and quote estimates shown on this website are indicative. No payment is collected through this website. We confirm final scope and price with you in writing before any work begins.
Usage and third-party charges
AI phone usage and carrier charges may vary based on call volume and provider. Your included usage and expected costs will be reviewed before launch.
AI limitations
AI receptionists and automations are software. They can misunderstand a caller, and third-party phone, email or AI providers can have outages. We monitor and tune the systems we build, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every interaction will be handled perfectly.
No performance guarantee
We do not guarantee revenue, booked jobs, lead volume, search rankings, or any other business result. Any figures shown on this website, including calculator outputs, are illustrative estimates only.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us — services, pricing guidance, hours, service area — and for the content you ask us to publish or have the AI say on your behalf.
Ownership
On full payment, your website content and business-specific configuration are yours. Our underlying templates, tooling and processes remain ours.
Ongoing service and cancellation
Monthly management, monitoring and optimization is billed in advance and can be cancelled in line with the agreement we sign with you. Setup or implementation fees already performed are not refundable.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the current one.
